Microencapsulation is the foundation of our entire thermal platform. We engineer micron-scale shells around phase change cores so they survive the shear, heat, and chemistry of real-world manufacturing — and keep performing through thousands of use cycles.

What we control at the capsule level
- Shell wall thickness, permeability, and crosslink density
- Capsule diameter from sub-micron to 50µm
- Core melt point from −10°C to 80°C
- Loading, viscosity, and dispersion characteristics
Why our capsules outperform
We've spent two decades optimizing the trade-offs between robustness, payload, and processability. The result is a capsule that survives pad baths, foam pours, and fiber spinning without rupture — and reliably releases its thermal effect when the user needs it.
Vertically integrated
We own the full microencapsulation stack: monomer selection, shell synthesis, capsule assembly, and downstream formulation. That control is what lets us guarantee performance at production scale.
