Humidity is the silent variable behind comfort, mold, dimensional stability, and material aging. Humidity management is the discipline Alexium applies to it: choosing where moisture should be absorbed, held, moved, or released inside a product — and engineering the chemistry and construction that make it happen. DelCool is the product platform that came out of that work.
What we mean by humidity management
It isn't a single additive. It's the combination of substrate selection, layer placement, and moisture-active chemistry that determines how a finished product handles water vapor in real use — at the contact surface, inside the build, and back out to the ambient air.

DelCool — the product platform
When an application needs moisture-active chemistry built in, we specify DelCool. It uses deliquescence — certain salts absorb ambient water vapor and transition into solution — to buffer humidity and produce a sustained cooling effect as it works.
