The Predictive Thermal Profile Calculator
The calculator is a live modeling tool, not a spreadsheet. Mattress designers and OEM partners assemble a virtual build — ticking, DelCool™ layer, Eclipsys® placement, and comfort layer — and each selection immediately shows its own contribution to heat index, heat absorbed, and thermal effusivity.

The results panel totals the build against a reference mattress and reports predicted average heat-index reduction over a three-hour period, total heat absorbed across a night's sleep, and thermal effusivity — the "cool-to-the-touch" feel of the sleep surface.
